The Company is dedicated to handling Personal information in manner that ensures its confidentiality in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.Definition of Personal Information (Explanation of terminology)

“Personal information” means information about a living individual prescribed under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the data which can be used in order to contact a specific individual, like address, name, phone number, email address or any other information that is used in connection with a specific individual.

The Company, based on the provisions of the related laws or regulations, properly respond to request(s) from the individual regarding handling of personal information such as notification of the purpose of utilization, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, to stop utilization, or to stop provision to third parties after confirming the identity with a document (copy of official document such as a driving license, a health insurance certificate, a passport.).

9.Special Instruction

(1)Delivery of Direct Mail

The Company and specific parties utilize email address information based on this Privacy Policy for delivery of email like e-mail newsletter.The Company and specific parties utilize address information based on this Privacy Policy for posting of direct mail.
